		<description>I have found Jing to work at http://www.jingproject.com to work really well for screen capture and video (not a ton of features, but the price is good and it&#039;s quick and easy to use and works on Macs and Windows.)  For editing text files I like Notepad++, it can even watch the syntax of your LISP code.</description>
