I too have searched the Autodesk site and there doesn't seem to be any mention of this. The only other site I can find making mention of this is www.civil3d.com. As it was explained to me, Autodesk hosted a webcast a few weeks ago where they broke the news to their resellers. The NDA for that announcement was lifted and shared with me today.
