As you might expect, the economy as made searching for employment fairly challenging. I feel fortunate to have promising dialog with a number of firms in the Richmond, VA area. Although some of the opportunities I am pursuing have cooled down a little, no one has really told me no, but also no one has told me yes. I'm still rather optimistic something will materialize into something before long, but only time will tell if my suspicions are correct.

Sorry to hear that Donnie. I know how you feel. In August I was laid off. i didn't find a job until this March! Next week, we start working only four days a week and in familiar territory. Good luck. The only thing that should keep you from working is the lack of jobs. Your skill set and work ethic are among the best in the business.
